Return Window

You have 7 days from delivery to return unused items in original packaging with all accessories and tags.

Withdrawal Period

Return Process

2. Obtain a return authorization
3. Ship the item back to Mabirizi Complex, Level 1 - Shop 20, Kampala Road, Kampala, Kampala, 00000, Uganda
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed

Return Shipping

We cover the return shipping costs. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

• Used or damaged items (beyond reasonable testing)
• Clearance / final sale items

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed for the same product (different model, color, or unit) after inspection. We will invoice or refund the difference if the replacement product cost differs from the original.
