This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how ShopuDeals ships orders, estimated delivery times, delivery fees, tracking, and procedures for damaged or missing items. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Order processing time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday). Standard processing time is up to 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Same-day delivery (Kampala & nearby areas)

Same-day delivery available within Kampala and selected areas for eligible in-stock items ordered before the cut-off time shown at checkout.

  • Same-Day Delivery
  • Standard Delivery: Nationwide courier
  • Store Pickup: Free collection from our Kampala location

Estimated delivery times

  • Kampala: Same day or next business day
  • Major towns: 1–3 business days
  • Other regions in Uganda: 2–5 business days

Delivery fees

Fees depend on item size, weight, and location. Final fee shown at checkout.

  • Small/Standard items (e.g., blenders, kettles): Kampala UGX 5,000, Upcountry UGX 15,000
  • Medium/Large items (e.g., TVs, appliances): Kampala UGX 20,000, Upcountry UGX 50,000
  • Store Pickup: Free

Order tracking

Tracking info shared via email/SMS after dispatch. Contact support if not received within 48 hours.

Damaged or missing items

Report within 48 hours of delivery. See Returns & Refunds Policy.
